It went very well. They loved the cake. Each tier is gonna be a different flavor. Irish cream with a whipped Irish cream filling, Key lime with a lime whipped filling and Strawberry with whole fruit filling and whipped strawberry filling. Pair that with the buttercream and home made marshmallow Fondant. It's gonna be yummy.... It will have gelatin shamrocks, swirls and dots on an ivory base. Maybe this cake thing is gonna work out... God knows I love to do it. Maybe someday I can open my own place, for now Home based Cottage food baker is good enough for me.....
