Well today is gonna be clean and prep day, I am trying to get everything around for the wedding cake next week. I don't wanna forget anything and have to run to the store at the last minute. Cake mixin's, fillings, butter cream, fondant to make, ribbon to get, Black royal icing for the swirls.... Very excited.
For the tasting on Sunday I just have 2 fillings to make and a few different shamrocks, then that will be done.
Feeling blessed for the people that have contacted me for cakes, maybe this is what I was meant to do with my life. Only time will tell and I will love every minute of it.
