New challenges

I have some exciting news to share. I will be entering a cake in the Oklahoma State Sugar Arts Show, in Tulsa, OK.  It will be a Desert Wedding. Complete with lizards, cacti and a bride and groom, all made of Isomalt sugar. I am very nervous yet excited. Thank goodness I have someone with a great deal of experience to help me on this journey. I will be posting picks of the progress.  I will also be entering 2 cakes in our local fair. I will be posting pictures of that progress also.... Till the first pictures are available.
